Kris is on the 10 Year Plan

Today we went to Lagoon, oh what an adventure it was! Last week it was Larry H. Miller Group Lagoon Day. So, Kris got some tickets for us to go...well tickets for me because He wasn't really down with going just for the evening. Secretly he just didn't want to go at all. He thought he had gotten out of going all together. I actually outsmarted him and got vouchers for bounce back coupons so we could go another day! lol....he loved that! Wink Wink.

So today was the day I dragged Kris and J.J. my brother for a full day of water slides and roller coasters. I personally was so excited to go I literally couldn't sleep the night before. Kris's sister and Brother in law and my two cute nephews were also going to spend the day with us but poor little Ayden wasn't feeling well so they came just for the evening.



Once we all met up we hit my favorite ride ever...."The Wild Mouse". I honestly love this ride. It makes me laugh so hard. I don't know if it is because Kris is always squealing because he says he feels like he is getting beat up or Annie screaming like a little kid but it is hilarious.



We also all took a ride on "Wicked". I really didn't want to go because last year I went and dropped multiple cuss words due to the shock of the blast off. (Those of you who have experienced this ride know what I am talking about.) I do not have fond memories of my prior ride. However, everyone was in line waiting to get thrust to the moon so I decided I wanted to be cool and go along. Once sitting in the seat and strapping in I felt like I maybe wouldn't mind being the nerd of the group but it was too late.



After the ride I didn't feel so great...neither did J.J.




Kris is Lagoon'd out. He says he has had enough water slides and roller coasters to suffice his need for a long time. He claims he is on the ten year plan and is taking sign ups for a 2018 Lagoon trip!
