- Ran out of gas on the freeway. (If you are curious as to why such a thing would happen ask my Mr. Kris. I had no part in this.)
- My Mr. Kris slammed his phone in the car door letting Tuck and I out so we could walk a 1/2 mile down the freeway to the gas station to get gas.
- Phone is completely broken.
- MiRanda is sick and is not enjoying the walk to the gas station as cars rush 80 miles an hour past us.
- My Mr. Kris is a good husband and buys his sick wife some cough drops along with a gas can and gas.
- Wiseman's are walking up the freeway enterance when a very kind woman offers us a ride to our car. (Yes, even Tuck is welcome!)
- As we climb into the vehicle we are swallowed alive in the absolute disaster that has over taken the car. We have to move food, papers, toys and everything imaginable to sit inside. Wiseman's did not want to touch anything more than they had too in this kind woman's car.
- When we arrive to our car, we thank the very kind woman for giving us a ride.
- My Mr. Kris fills our car with gas and we happily start the engine. We both smile at one another and laugh at the memory we just made.
- Kris asks me to call a friend of ours, we suddenly realize my phone was left in the kind woman's vehicle....swallowed up by the disaster never to be seen again!
- We laugh even harder as well realize we are completely phoneless!!!! At least we have each other and we are safe! Oh how I love my Mr. Kris!

What a crazy Sunday! Or any day for that matter. I can't believe you lost both of your phones in such a short time period.
If it weren't you telling the story I would thik you were making it up. HOwever, knowing your luck with phones I'm not a bit suprised. Call me when you get a phone. And what car were you driving? Did you get a new one?
love it! can't get better than that. this post did clarify the facebook acct. i was thinking kris slammed the phone into the car out of frustration and broke it that way. ha! i love how it's pitch black outside too. at least it wasn't raining, right? um...maybe if you called us for help then the second phone wouldn't have been lost. lol
I'm glad that you saw the bright side of you little situation. it sounds like you two have the best time together. You might like not having phones.
Great memory! I can't believe both phones were out of the picture in one night!!
Oh my gosh! I love this story. It seems like problems come in groups. Like that saying, "when it rains, it pours." I'm glad you could laugh about your little adventure.
